same issue, it is not a problem about ranking. this is no way to find it in search results.

I have the same issue, my app has been live for 9 years, and it has millions of users. and it suddenly disappeared in AppStore search results on 2024 OCT 02, even search with it is unique full name. It is not a ranking problem, it is not showing in search result problem. no matter what key works I use. I am losing 5-10k users every day. the app is almost "dead", because people can not download it even they know what app they want to download. Contacted apple yesterday, they checked the app, and everything seemed ok, they are still investigating. anyone have the same issue, how can I fix this?
